We are pleased to cordially invite you to a special guest lecture by Prof. Konstantina Stankovic (Department Chair of the Division of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at Stanford University).

On September 2, Prof. Stankovic will visit Vienna for an academic visit and deliver two lectures on current developments in hearing research:

  • “Advancing the diagnosis and therapy of human sensorineural hearing loss through optical imaging and stem cell engineering” and
  • “Vestibular schwannoma-induced hearing loss: the influence of secreted factors and the tumor microenvironment”

It is a great honor to welcome Konstantina M. Stankovic, an internationally renowned physician-scientist, to Vienna. The opportunity to hear about her pioneering research firsthand and to engage with her personally is a rare occasion and offers a unique platform for scientific exchange.
